With over a decade of experience in coaching, leading, and developing people in the retail industry, I have always been drawn to helping others realize their potential. My journey evolved profoundly three years ago when I chose to dedicate my life to a deeper kind of transformation—one focused on healing and wellness.
This calling led me to leave behind my former career, return to school, and become a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. Alongside my formal training, I explored powerful holistic tools that support both the body and the spirit. I acquired advanced certifications in Sound and Vibrational Therapies, modalities that I now use in my practice to support others in their own healing journeys.
Through these tools, I help clients tap into their own natural energies, break through blockages, and experience profound shifts. My approach combines the principles of functional health coaching with sound healing and energy alignment to create a nurturing space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to heal.
From developing personal wellness plans, to energy healing, to hosting immersive sound baths, I have used my knowledge and tools to inspire positive, sustainable change.
